• Do I have to order paid responses from Ninjafeedback panel?   No. You do not have to order responses from our panel and may choose to get responses from your own audience.

• Can I contact respondents?

 No. You cannot contact paid survey respondents. However, you may be able to get in touch with respondents you have invited. We provide     a unique completion codes for every respondents who completes a survey. You can match respondents based on their completion codes.
