• How long will it take to get all the responses for my test?

Our panel respondents begin working on your test few minutes after order completion. During the beta, paid respondents are limited to the US. Response times will be longer after midnight to 6 am and will vary depending on the type of the test selected.

Completion of a QuickPoll typically takes less than 24-36 hours for up to 30 responses.

• What happens if I don’t receive responses within a day or two?

This is a very rare occurrence. However, should this happen our system will automatically re-route the the same task with a higher priority to complete the remaining responses.

• What if I am not happy with quality of responses?

We work with both in-house and third-party respondents and monitor the quality of a responses received. Respondents with lower quality of responses are not allowed to participate. In the event, you are not happy with a particular response, please contact us and we will provide an additional response at no-cost.
